You may know what you’re doing better than anyone else, but some clients ask for you to include items that are outside your normal activities.
Before you submit a quote, it makes sense to know what you need from outside, how long it will take, and how much everything costs. Some companies do this in house, but sometimes you need help with pricing.
We’ve completed many tenders for our own service, so we know what it’s like. Since we no longer bid on competitive quotes, we can now offer a tender preparation service to our clients.
For tenders under 50,000
850 gets you up to four hours research and consultancy as we review your bid and your company, to help you shape a tender or a tender template. We help you to price and schedule your pitch, so you’ll be better prepared to bid.
For tenders from 50,000 to 250,000
For higher tenders, we offer a similar service for £1950. This includes up to 12 hours of research, and a more thorough bid preparation.
For tenders above 250,000
For more complicated tenders, we charge per hour of tender preparation. We ask for a deposit of £2950 toward the final tender process.
